Happy Saturday Folks! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. It has been a busy one at my house for sure. It seems we just run from here to there and there and back every year to make sure we get to see everyone. I am ready for some down time and rest.
On Christmas Eve we got together at my sisters. Several years ago, my nephew passed away at the young age of 49. I was actually at Creekside when I got the call. So Christmas is bittersweet each year because we miss Tim. Tim was the life of the party. He and I were the ones that always had the family laughing.
Well, we made it through, had all the parties but still that missing feeling was in our hearts. Then a God Wink! I love how God shows up just at the right time.
We were watching Hallmark movies on Christmas Eve night and dropped the tv remote down in the chair. My husband, Jack fished out the remote and with it came a small picture of Tim, “just a grinnin.” Now you may think its a coincidence, but I THINK NOT! Just when we needed a little “God Wink”, He sent it! A sweet reminder to us that Tim is ok and we will see him again one day!
Hope you are getting those New Years Resolutions done. We are excited about all God is doing at Christian Country News.
